CDU PAP7 WinWinG fully compatible with PSX

 A plugin fully compatible to use CDU PFP7 with PSX (stand alone)

1. Install MobiFlightConnector-10.5.3.20
2. Run MobiFlightConnector-10.5.3.20
4. Copy the 7 files (exe, ini and map.json) in a directory
4. Run  CDU_display for the display
5. Run CDU_key.exe for the keys
6. Run cdu_led.exe for the leds
7.modify the .ini files if needed (my PID is 0xBB37 but for the PAP4 it's 0xBB38)

05/03/2026 added two kind of HID module in the code, depending of the user's dll

This is excellent news if we can get the B747 CDU from WinWing (or Winctrl as they call it in the US) working on PSX!
 
Your video looks great.  Tried your setup but could not get it to work unfortunately, not sure if the issue is with the MobiFlightConnector or Python.. Any chance I could give you a call?

Hi Christian, You call call me but I don't want to put my number on the net. How to do?.
Did you install the latest version of mobiflightconnector -> 10.5.3.20  ?
Did you install python?
If you start Mobiflight (and PSX of course) and click on cdu.py, you have to see the screen live. Nothing else to do for the display if PSX/Mobiflight/cdu.py on the same PC. This is the first step. Try this.

Thank you :-) I downloaded Mobiflight yesterday from their website and I have version 10.5.3 build 20250406.  Tried again through the mobiflight website and installed again, but still the same version.  I will search other places for a version 10.5.3.20.

After all the above steps the only that I've managed is to see the TAKEOFF REF page that is displayed on the PSX'S left FMC to the WinWing CDU PAP7. 

Nothing else is working except some key presses in the PAP7 ( RTE, LEGS I don't remember fro memory) are sending commands like NUM 1, NUM 2 etc which are showing the relevant layouts.

Thank you kindly for the update!!
Good news, I can now see the screen from the CDU being mirrored on the WinWing CDU! :-)
However, the WinWing will not take/register any inputs through the buttons and transfer this to PSX.
I have the PAP4 (for the B747) but there are no really significant differences from the PAP7, only one button I believe?
Any suggestions?

Success!!

Two things that I quick noticed. When I click LEGS also the NUM 2 is activated, the same with FIX and NUM 1, ALTN and NUM 5 and MENU and letter G.

Now we are waiting for the PAP 3N ! ;-)

my CDU is PAP7 with a PID = 0xBB37. Your CDU use another PID. Find UsbTreeView_x64.zip on the web and read the value your PID. then modiy the ini file with the correct value. I found PID = 0xBB40 Try this value in the .ini
