I thought you would like this story, I am a retired CFI and I go to lunch in St Augustine Fl with a group of pilots mostly older than me and I am 72. Two of our guys flew the for Northwest Airlines and both flew the 747-100-200 and 400. I asked if they knew Mel Ott and both guys did and Chis who is 83 flew with him. I heard some great stories about those days I remember the first Aerowinx manual from the DOS days had a story by Mel. I just wanted to share about pilots who still love the Queen.

I read his story many times in my PS 1.3 Manual. I was 18 when I saved enough to purchase PS1.3, and my only regret is that I was not able to purchase PS 1.3 earlier.
