Best yoke, throttle quadrant, rudders for realism

Greetings All,

I'm new to Aerowinx and am trying to set up my system. The good news is that I've landed a 747 job. The bad news is that I have to learn how to fly the damn thing!

I'd like to get a good yoke, throttle quadrant, and rudder pedal setup. Cost is a consideration, but I'd pay a little extra for more realism.

I know this is a basic question, but I'd appreciate any feedback.

Happy flying.

Hi, I can recommend the Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke: https://shop.thrustmaster.com/en_gb/tca-yoke-boeing-edition.html

After buying it, I regretted not having bought it sooner :)

For pedals I use the Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals: https://www.saitek.com/uk/prod-bak/pedals.html
There are better ones, but I am happy enough with these.

For the TQ I use an old CH Products 6-axis TQ. Also fine for now, but I intend to upgrade both the pedals and TQ later on. The construction of my MCP (and other stuff) is what I prioritize now :D

I would't worry about realism, because only the real aircraft can teach you that. Instead, look for peripherals that let you control the sim with precision, without being distracting.

I use a joystick (Virpil) and it's fantastic, but if you want a yoke, the one Seb recommends above is excellent.

Thrustmaster pendular rudder pedals are the best ones I've ever used: https://www.thrustmaster.com/en-us/products/tpr-thrustmaster-pendular-rudder/

Throttletek makes beautiful reproductions of real Boeing throttle quadrants, with everything to scale including reverser levers, but they are expensive.

I use Precision Flight Controls yoke, throttle quadrant and rudder pedals.

before I started building my full size simulator I was using GOFLIGHT GF-PRO yoke, I was very happy with it, the yoke shape and size was identical to B737/B747, the tension and feel was OK. Its an older model, not so sure if they still make it, you can possibly find pre-owned one.
