The monitor of the FDS CDU shows only colorful stripes instead of the CDU pages. I changed the cables but that is not the problem. I could sent it back to FDS in Canada but I hope that a forum member knows a person/repairshop somewhere in Europe who might help me.

Have you checked the Ribbon Cable inside the unit that connects the LCD screen to screen control board?

Rod, I opened the box and the ribbon cable is as tight as it can be: did not dare to remove it. I also wiggled all the connections, cables etc without result. Thanks for trying to crack the problem
