PSX.NET.vPilot dll - MSFS crash?

Is it possible at all for PSX.NET.vPilot dll to cause MSFS crash?

I am trying to identify what causes MSFS crash with the message "Warning: Your graphics device has encountered a problem and Microsoft Flight Simulator will exit. This may be due to graphics card overclocking, overheating or due to a driver fault."

I am using Gary's smooth injector and I thought I found that my graphic card is the reason for crashes. However, even when the GPU is down to 35C, and with various drivers, MSFS would crash.

Now when I have removed the DLL, MSFS is not crashing for last few flight.

Might be I am imagining, and it is pure randomness that it is not causing crashes now. But that is why I pose the question about DLL:)

In theory the DLL doesn't even talk to MSFS at all so I very much doubt it would cause a crash.
