Any ideas how to PSX this existing sim setup?

I encountered the setup below at work. Somebody is going to sim this up to practice IFR. It does not look like it is really suitable to PSX but I have to try. The lack of overhead and over-emphasis on forward view is a challenge... any ideas?

Well, to "practice IFR," you can start by hanging big sheets of gray paper (the color of clouds) over the three giant monitors...

Is this what it looks like - are there three huge displays with potrait / upright orientation? If so, what is their resolution?

I am pretty sure they are normal TVs, possibly 4k but not better than that. One is LG, dated 2017.

Nearly everything has been re-labeled "FlyThisSim" and with that I could locate this:
