In regards to the EGPWS, is the ( Approching Runway ---- ) call out part of the EGPWS system and does it work in PSX?

no, RAAS is not EGPWS. It's a separate optional system and not available in PSX.

is it because of any technical limitation inside PSX that RAAS is not able to be implemented as a additional system (as an simulator upgrade for example), even when it is available as an real life airline option ?

UPGRADE, not update ;-) Of course not for free of charge. I only can speak for myself but this implementation would be a "must buy" for myself.
 
I´m optimistic there could be a lot of interest from your PSX customers, as this is a addition which could complete a good number of 744-models.

Without knowing all that would be required....it is probably a similar amount of work as implementation of the NGFMC and More as it interacts with many systems.....I would expect it to be priced accordingly based on that comparison. Yes, I would likely upgrade at that price.

I really didn't do anything to it except I had to de-select flaps callouts from setting, because the software was looking at PMDG 777 setup. I haven't tested all scenarios yet but the runways callout works. I'm not sure what was different from a year ago and now but I'm sure they had some updates.
