Attitude indicators: Keep the blue side in?

A minor cosmetical question. I wonder if there are any avionic regulations that prescribe that a certain minimum of "blue sky" should always be in sight regardless of the actual pitch (the actual pitch is indicated any time by the pitch lines and numbers). It certainly helps for a quick orientation at unusual attitudes.

It's sure that the mechanical horizon always keeps a blue part in sight:

It's also sure that the ISFD never completely hides the blue side:

Not sure is the PFD. I think the PFD should do what the ISFD does, and that this entirely brown indication here is wrong:

Note that all three instruments indicate a pitch of -42° and that their 0° pitch line is off the scale, i.e. the blue edge on the ISFD is not identical with the actual 0° pitch line, it just points you at the direction where you'll find your lost blue sky. Even if this is not a standard feature, I bet the PFD, too, always keeps a blue edge within the AI.

I don't have the specification, but it is a human factors driven requirement.

Thanks for the confirmation, Zinger. So I'll definetly put this feature into the PFD AI, too.

Just add more thrust!!  Firewall the throttles, as one does in a fighter plane!  A lightly-loaded 747 has **plenty** of "go-power".  If only it had afterburners!

Also, in its simplest, no-crash, quasi-arcade mode, MS FSX works like a toy rocket ship when flying the included 747-400.  You just zoom around the world, sight-seeing.  Doesn't the real 747-400 work like this??!!  (insert many grins here)
Best wishes,

Compared to PS1.3 I think even the PMDG 747 is crap! I like PMDG but compared to Hardy's program, no contest! :)
