Change ILS frequency in FS9

Anyone know how to change the ILS frequency in FS9 if it's outdated.

Have you tried the (free) programme 'Airport Design Editor' ?

also:  AFCAD - works great... lets you manage ILS, VOR, GS angle,runways, taxiways and many more

note:
1. When changing the freq's, use the drop down menu and not type it in
2. If you've saved a flight in that area, re-save it after the change, mine used to CTD otherwise.
