Panel and Instrument Dimensions

Does anyone have detailed measurements for every instrument and smaller panel on the front instrument panel and glareshield panel (apologies, I can't recall the correct nomenclature of these). Basically from source select panel to source select panel and from top of glareshield to bottom of front panel (along the line where footrests lie).
