"Strange" altitude constraints ?

Got this in a flight from LPPR to LPPT.

Used SID and STAR on the FMC database.

Looks weird ? Never seen it before...

If you wonder about the 6300B5000A restriction, looks normal, see p.387 of the PSX (2017) manual.

It's a crossing restrictions which simultaneously has above and below limits, in this case "cross at or below 6300" (B) and at the same time, "cross at or above 5000' " (A).
