After setting a Map view using the latest version of Tellurium over my home wireless network, running APSX as usual in my i5 2500 desktop but using a work ultrabook ( ASUS ) with an i7 and an inboard Adapter Description Intel® Iris™ Graphics 5100, and even in Boost mode set on APSX experiencing stutters, I thought what would happen if I installed FSX:SE on the notebook...

So, as I had the day off work, I installed FSX:SE from my Steam account, installed and didn't even apply any "tweaks" to FSX.CFG - started it ASAP!  I was surprised to find that using the default 744, and having set the graphics sliders to the low ends as I usually do in my desktop, I still had 60 + fps !!! Wow!!!!

Next step was recovering Garry's VisualPSX and make it work with it, just to find out that I had reached the smoothest EVER performance, with this dual desktop i5 PC + notebook solution.

Now I just have t try out installing ASN on the desktop and the client in the ultrabook and see how it goes, but so far, I am really happy!!! Just have to find a nice arrangement to have the desktop monitor and the notebook monitor properly placed / aligned for landings :-)
