Two Instances of PSX with a Touchscreen

I have a 22" Dell touchscreen that I have set up with two instances of PSX to open using Netstart. The one instance is the PFD/ND/MCP while the second is a CDU in the lower right corner. Both instances open fine, but as soon as I touch anything on the MCP, the CDU disappears and I have to go down to the task bar and bring it back up. Actually, the CDU gets put behind the other instance of PSX, so you can't see it. Does anyone know if there is a way to keep this from happening? Thanks.

[ADDENDUM]:
Now that I think about it, this is probably more an issue with Windows 7 Pro. It also happens without using touchscreens. On the upper right corner of my three 39" visual screens, I run my instructor station. In order to use the keyboard to raise the gear with the "g", the mouse pointer must not only be outside the work station window, I have to click once with the mouse in order to get any keyboard functions to work. As soon as I click on the visual screen, the work station window gets minimized and hidden behind the visuals.

I'll have to look further into this.

There are various Windows utilities that allow you to have certain windows "always on top". However this does not solve the issue of keyboard focus. It is notoriously hard to distribute keyboard input over various open windows at the same time. The OS does not know where to send them -- they all go to the currently focused window. You can quite simply reconfig Windows to unlink the Z-order from the focus, so you don't need to click to focus but you just need to move the mouse pointer over the desired window without changing the Z-order. But it never will behave smoothly unless you fumble with hot key redirectors and other @#$%$@#%$@.

Thanks, Hoppie. I finally found the solution. It was more operator-error on my part. I was using a separate instance of PSX to run the CDU on the lower right side of the same touchscreen and every time I used the touchscreen MCP, the CDU would disappear. I eventually realized that I could just arrange the layout so that I only needed one instance. With my setup, I am so used to having only one display per screen that it took a while to figure out that I could move the green frames on just one instance to get what I wanted. All is good now.
