Expensive.

Contrary to the paper's claim (well, De Telegraaf, wat wil je dan ook) this was likely not a ramshackle aircraft but a nose gear not locked. You see that the whole thing needs to move aft a bit before the wheel can free itself and retract as designed. I believe one way of causing this effect is to move the gear lever to UP on the ground (unlock it first). As long as you keep your brakes/chocks firmly on, it may not show effect, until you start moving cargo around and reduce nose wheel pressure.

Don't try this at home though.
