visual psx for fsx simconnect file installed still same message help!

no i dont have p3d.   the only problem i have with fsx is that the runway and taxi drive ways arent realistic (for instance rel lights!)  but i will give it ago again just right uninstalling all the thing i have done these few days,  so i am sure no old file exits

And, if you have P3D, psx.net.p3d is an even better alternative - that's what I am presently using.
