Proper way to setup hardware cdu with its own display?

Hello!
My current build has 8 screens on one PC.
6 screens in 2x3 format, one separate touch screen and one VGA output used for Opencockpits 747 CDU V3.
What is the proper way to "show" PSX' cdu screen on that display in fullscreen so it won't interfere with the rest of layouts?
The main idea I want freely move any other windows but CDU screen should always stay in its place.
Use separate pc? Virtual machine maybe? Use "networked" copy of PSX on the same PC?
Is there such thing as fullscreen mode only on designated monitor for each windows app?
Actually I don't like the any networked setup since there is no autoreconnect feature yet in PSX.
