NO LAND 3 message

Since I updated to Alpha 29, I have a NO LAND 3 EICAS and STATUS message. I do not understand what I made wrong. Here is the SITU file. Some help would be very appreciated.

Your IRU C is not aligned.

Set IRS C to ATT and then IRS source select to IRS C. After it aligns in ATT mode, you will see interesting things on the PFD and upper EICAS.

I made the start and align process like I do everytime, but it seems I forgot something. Thank you very much Avi !
