I have the Tweakover.zip file for versions 1.3 and 1.3a
I don't know if this version is good also for 1.3a-EE4.
If someone can confirm that it is the same thing, I'll upload it to Jeroen's server and give a link.

That's the 1.3a version, Avi. If I remember correctly I modified it for EE4 but it was so long ago I can't remember where it was stored online. I will check my archives for it.
