Network Not Working

Thanks in anticipation!
One PC running W10 with 3 monitors running on a Nvidia 1080 ti.
Can get two instances of PSX running on 2 of the monitors and working.
One is set up as Main Server and it's Started and listening for clients.
Start the second instance set up as A main client and started. Message reads No server found on port 10747
Pages under Preferences > Basics are identical.

Not sure why the server does not see the client.

You mean to say: "Not sure why the client does not see the server".

The server address entered on the client's Basics page should be localhost - is that the case?
