Strange observation in the hydraulic system.

I pulled out a fire handle. As a result, its respective SOV closed (ok) but when I pulled out its CB [P7 J4-7] it opened. A problem or something else?

I think this is an EICAS synoptic effect and doesn't represent the actual SOV status: The "closed" symbol can only appear when the SOV is closed AND the EDP supply is powered. Otherwise there'll be no "open" signal to the EICAS.

You can read the true SOV status in the network by the Qi "HydSysBits" (Sys#1 is bit 1, #2 is bit 2 etc.).

The actual SOV status can only be changed while the EDP supply is powered. When it gets unpowered, the last status remains.
