RTE page 2 with "route print" key etc.

Good morning everyone,

could this be an airline option? Is there any 744 NG FMC operator that does not have the following features on the second RTE page in lines 3, 4, 5?

Note that there are only two VIA rows (in line 1 and 2) on this second page.

Further questions:

I don't understand why they included the route request function again on this second page; it's still available on the first page.

How does an FMC route printout look like? Is it the same layout that is shown on the LEGS pages and RTE pages? Does it first print the RTE page text, then the LEGS page text? What about RTE DATA and waypoint WINDS? Are they printed as well?
