[Dispatcher]

Hello!

I'm a FAA dispatcher but unfortunately now I'm doing another job...I use to keep me updated as I don't want to loose my knowledge and i'm practicing now on North atlantic routes fight plans. I would like to ask pilots or other dispatchers here about what Reduced Contingency Fuel technique is more used by your Companies today. During my training in the U.S. we used re-dispatch, but I also learned EASA 3% ERA as it's used here in Europe.
