Issue when a situation is saved and reloaded again in the same PSX session

Hi Hardy,

something you might want to take a look into at some point in time. (Before or after your - as always, well deserved -looong brake ;-)

I noticed a miss behavior with regard to situation loading / initializing. This is reproducable and only happening if
- (at least) 1 PSX client is connected
- a situ is saved and the just saved situ loaded again in the same PSX session.

Actions to reproduce:
Works with any situation. I used "04 Approach 003 - Real-world weather - Tokyo.situ" in this example
All actions performed on PSX Server. The result of step 4 is the 'strange' one.

1) Load "04 Approach 003 - Real-world weather - Tokyo.situ"
2) Let the situ run until the AC has landed
3) Save a new situation file, "TestSitu_B.situ" for example.
4) Don't exit PSX, and load the just saved situ "TestSitu_B.situ"
    You'll find the AC moved to the position where "04 Approach 003 - Real-world weather - Tokyo.situ" started. Strange.
5) Now 'Reload' "TestSitu_B.situ" again.
    The AC will be moved back to the position as saved in "TestSitu_B.situ"
