Would it be possible for you to provide the limits of the center of gravity envelope that PSX uses?
Does PSX use a generic envelope for all types?
Basically, I would like to add the forward and aft limits of zero fuel weight, takeoff weight and landing weight to my load sheets (right beside each of these weights).

Go to Instructor > Situation > Aerodynamics and take a look at the scale of the CG slider. That's the available range in PSX.
To change the CG, just slide that slider.
To fix your desired CG during fuel burn, uncheck the checkbox "CG changes with fuel ...".
